Forget sadness and sorrow

Sometimes I look myself and I think "I'm an idiot" I show myself as a stupid person,shouting,singing,dancing. I don't know. It's annoying because I'm not like that(not at all). People laugh because it's funny what I do. However, people think that that is my real personality and it's not like that.
